It is the same type of diode used in some other voltage references that is generally accurate to within 5% of the rated output voltage. To further improve accuracy, an internal active compensation circuit regulates the output voltage over temperature.The REF102CP voltage reference also features a low EA current between 8μA and 20μA depending on the output voltage.
