The bandgap reference design provides a stable output voltage that is unaffected by current or voltage changes and offers a high level of accuracy and low-power consumption. The REF195FSZ offers a range of output voltages, from 1.0V to 5.0V, and is designed to meet the stringent requirements of portable or battery-powered systems that require ultra-low operating current, low quiescent current, and low temperature coefficient.The REF195FSZ provides a high level of stability and accuracy, reduced output noise, and excellent over-voltage protection with its low-dropout voltage regulation circuitry.
