The REF3040AIDBZRG4 is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and is available in both the Vietnam and Japan markets.</p> <p>The REF3040AIDBZRG4 reference IC is ideal for applications that require a stable and accurate voltage reference such as in battery-powered systems, over-voltage and under-voltage protection circuits, and analog-to-digital converters. The REF3040AIDBZRG4 is also ideal for use in other power management ICs, such as buck and boost converters, as well as precision op-amp applications.</p> <p>The REF3040AIDBZRG4 reference IC is designed to be extremely low-power and low-noise, making it an excellent choice for use in applications where power efficiency and noise prevention is paramount. The REF3040AIDBZRG4 is rated to operate with a supply voltage of as low as 1.5V and is capable of delivering up to 15mA of current. It has a maximum reference accuracy of 0.2% over the entire operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and a low-noise power supply ripple of 0.01 mVrms at 1kHz.</p> <p>The REF3040AIDBZRG4 reference IC is an unique device that offers both an extremely low-power operation and a low-noise performance that is not often seen in devices of this type. The REF3040AIDBZRG4 has a typical quiescent current of 2.5μA and a typical low-noise performance of 0.4μV rms in 10 Hz to 10 kHz.
