Working Principle of REF3225AMDBVREP

The REF3225AMDBVREP is based on a bandgap reference circuit. It consists of a two stage amplifier, temperature compensator, bandgap reference cell, temperature compensated output amplifier, and an open drain output stage. It features an external adjustable VREF pin which controls the output voltage. This can be accomplished by adjusting the external resistor across the VREF pin to the ground. The VREF pin is also the main input source for the temperature compensator.
