And the 2.5V voltage reference buffer is connected to the ref2 pin. As for the operating power, REF6125IDGKT accepts input voltage of 1.35V to 5.5V though its VDD pin, and has a very low quiescent current of 50uA for the 1.2V and 2.5V reference, and 45uA for the 2.5V reference buffer.

In addition to supplying the reference voltage values, REF6125IDGKT also provides overvoltage and alarm protection. It includes an in-built resistor divider and a comparator, where the comparator can selectively remove one or both of the reference outputs to trigger an output alarm indicator, depending on the operating input voltage or other system conditions.
