The REF6241IDGKR is a precision voltage reference IC which belongs to the Power Management ICs (PMICs) – Voltage References family. It is designed to operate with a single supply voltage ranging from 1.7 volts to 5.5 volts and its accuracy of settling time and gain are improved with the use of its proprietary architecture. The REF6241IDGKR is considerably more cost effective than competitive devices with similar features, while offering an unprecedented combination of robustness, accuracy and low voltage performance.

The REF6241IDGKR provides an adjustable output voltage range of 1.2V to 9.95V in a wide variety of applications. The on-chip voltage reference is tightly regulated and delivers a stable output voltage over a wide range of conditions, even when the supply voltage fluctuates. It is also capable of providing an output voltage that can be adjusted using an external resistor, making it suitable for a wide range of voltage reference applications where flexibility and stability are important considerations.

The REF6241IDGKR offers a wide dynamic output range, low noise, and has the flexibility for external synchronization, allowing the device to be used in many different applications without compromising its performance. The device has an output current of 500mA, ensuring it supplies an adequate amount of current for applications which require a high drive.
