RFX8051B RF/IF and RFID

The RFx8051B is a versatile RF Front End (LNA + PA) transceiver, which enables high level of integration and high performance on wide frequency bands. It is designed to operate in frequencies between 2 and 6 GHz, with channel spacing of up to 10 MHz and a maximum output power of 3.5dBm. The high level of integration of the RFx8051B enables data rate of up to 15 Mbps and supports a wide range of applications, including point-to-point systems, wireless LANs, digital cellular systems, WC-RADSL systems, and WiMAX systems.The RFx8051B features a wide range of features that enable efficient and reliable communications. The transceiver includes an amplifier, low-noise amplifier (LNA), variable power amplifier (PA), and frequency synthesizer, as well as multiple level active noise cancellation. Furthermore, the RFx8051B includes a fast switching RF switch, which enables fast and highly reliable switching between different transmission and reception frequencies.The working principle of the RFx8051B is based on the use of two orthogonal inductors to modulate the frequency, which is then amplified by the amplifier and processed by the PA. The two inductors act as resonance structures, which divide the input signal in two components: the desired signal and the interfering signal. By modulating the frequency of one of the inductors, the desired signal is amplified while the interfering signal is attenuated. This system enables high performance and robust operation of the transceiver.
