RHRP1560-F102

The RHRP1560-F102 is a single-phase, ultra-fast, ultra-soft recovery rectifier designed for Pulse Width-Modulation (PWM) based, voltage-mode inverter applications such as inverter-driven motor control and active power factor correction (PFC). It features a wide operating current range, low forward voltage drop at high-currents, low reverse Leakage current, and fast recovery time.

Working Principle
