Since the contacts come in contact with each other, the circuit on the relay side is complete and allows electricity to flow through it. When the current through the coil is switched off, the magnetic field collapses, and the armature returns to its original position. This is known as the ‘release state’. Since the contacts lose contact, the circuit is broken and current flow through the relay is stopped. Ultimately, the RP418006 provides a reliable and secure switching of large currents, limiting the risk of unintentional circuit disconnection or arcing. Further, it is robust, well-suited for harsh environments, and suitable for several industrial applications.
