RSM-220CU is a microprocessor-based dual-zone temperature controller used in many industries. It is commonly used for temperature control of industrial, manufacturing, agricultural and residential applications. The Analog Input allows the user to connect a thermocouple, RTD, or other thermistors directly to the controller for precise temperature measurements. An automatic Offset Compensation and Ramp/Soak settings can be used to store multiple different temperature curves. A programming mode is available to allow the user to customize temperature settings and alarm limits as needed. An Analog Output Point is available that can be used to control the speed of a motor, or other adjustable devices, to maintain the desired temperature.

The RSM-220CU can also be used with PC software for remote monitoring and control through an RS-485 interface. The RS-485 protocol supports Modbus RTU communication protocol, providing compatibility with a wide range of different SCADA and HMI software.
