   • The RT6150AGQW is a synchronous buck regulator, which is an Integrated Power System (IPS) member of an RT6100 Series and was designed with the latest process and package technology for mobile electronics.
   • Overall, RT6150AGQW can provide up to 1.5A current from a low input voltage of 5V to an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 3.6V.
   • Its output voltage can be adjusted by applying a voltage or connecting a resistor between the FB and GND pins.

3. Working Principle
   • RT6150AGQW uses a synchronous buck topology to supply a regulated output voltage from a wide input voltage range. It includes an internal high-side and low-side FET, as well as an internal loop compensation network.
   • The RT6150AGQW connects to the input source, and then a feedback voltage is used to compare against an internal reference voltage and adjust the duty cycle to maintain a constant voltage output.
   • The RT6150AGQW also incorporates an over-current detection circuit that monitors the current on the high-side FET. When the limit is exceeded, the internal fault protection circuit is activated and the output voltage is disabled.
