RT6150B-33GQW is a new range of voltage regulator integrated circuits, designed to offer cost-effective, efficient, and compact power management solutions for a variety of applications. Depending on their configuration, RT6150B-33GQW voltage regulators provide three main features; a high efficiency voltage step-down circuit, an output voltage selection circuit, and an output overvoltage protection and power-up circuit.
