S1AL MTG Application Field and Working Principle
Single S1AL MTG (metallurgically bonded or two half boards) is a kind of diode, which uses one heavily doped N-type semiconductor material and one P-type silicon board to form an n-type diode connection. The N-type material acts as an anode and the P-type material as a cathode, and the resistance can be stepped down as the electric current passes through the junction.
