The S1KW40C-5D is a member of a family of rectifier arrays from Diodes Inc. which provide protection and filtering for systems, communication and entertainment equipment. This device is a three-phase, ultra-low capacitance, rectified diode array package, packaged in a 12-pin surface mount device.
The S1KW40C-5D provides numerous functions in a single device including EMI/RFI filtering for various signal lines, surge protection for low voltage applications and over-current protection for circuits.
