S1MSWFQ-7 is a single-diode rectifier, classed as a fast recovery, low power Schottky rectifier. It is designed for use in bottom-side transformer-rectifier circuits where quick recovery time and low forward voltage drop are essential. Typically, the S1MSWFQ-7 has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 350V, with an average rectified forward current of 500mA.
