S8522WT Working Principle:

The working principle of the S8522WT sensor module is based on the bridge type load cell, which is composed of four strain gauges and is arranged in a Wheatstone bridge. When the load cell is subjected to a pressure of 1 kg, the bridge output voltage is 2 mV. The module amplifies and processes the bridge output signal, and the measured pressure value is converted into corresponding analog output voltage. This analog output voltage is then converted into a digital value, and the weight can be obtained by subtracting the empty value.

The S8522WT module has adjustable center resistance and is mainly to reduce the zero drift caused by power supply voltage changes. To ensure the accuracy of the weighing system, the S8522WT also has a wide temperature compensation coefficient, which can reduce the error caused by temperature changes.
