The S8CK-M3/I Rectifier Diode is a standard glass-passivated, single, high-voltage, fast recovery diode with built-in strain relief. Designed for switching power supplies and general power applications, this single rectifier diode can be used for a variety of purposes. Its maximum repetitive reverse voltage is 800 volts, with a peak reverse voltage of 1.3 KV and a average forward current of 0.8A. It is also capable of handling up to 4A surge loads and has a fast recovery time.
