SAF-XC866-4FRI 3V BE is a cost effective 8-bit microcontroller which offers CPU performance up to 33 MHz and up to 64 Kbytes of Flash and 6Kbytes of SRAM. This microcontroller is based on an enhanced 8051 core which features an optimized instruction set and a memory mapped register architecture.
