SBR10200CTL-13 is a diode array from a family of Schottky barrier rectifiers (SBRs) suitable for 50V/20A applications. This 3-phase bridge rectifier is specifically designed to meet the needs of high-current, high-efficiency applications such as in telecom and other power supplies, industrial and medical equipment, line-powered appliances, and automotive systems.
