SC560HULTRT Application Field and Working Principle

The SC560HULTRT is a linear voltage regulator in the PMIC – Voltage Regulators – Lienar family. This low dropout linear regulator is designed for always-on, standby, and always-off demands for low-voltage systems. It provides voltage regulation with very low power dissipation and high precision, through the use of a bandgap reference and a current-injection compensation network. The SC560HULTRT operates with a single power-input voltage and provides multiple regulated output voltages in a very small 6-pin SOT23 package.

The SC560HULTRT is a voltage regulator specifically designed to reduce the output voltage ripple in always-on and always-off standby modes. It is capable of providing up to 900mA of output current with an output voltage range from 0.6V to 6.0V.
