Diodes - Bridge Rectifiers
The SCBK4F is a bridge rectifier diode in the Small Signal Rectifier series from STMicroelectronics. It is composed of four independent plastic-encapsulated diodes which are available in the DO-204AL axial-lead package.This diode has been designed for use in low-voltage applications, with peak repetitive reverse voltage up to 200V and average forward current of 4A.
