Working Principle
The working principle of SCFS2000 diodes is based on the principle of semiconductor physics. The diodes are made from a p-type semiconductor and an n-type semiconductor sandwiching a barrier region. This current flow is allowed across the junction and produces a conduction path for current. This current path can be used for rectification.
When a reverse bias is applied, the current stops flowing. This reverse bias blocks the current from flowing through the junction, thereby rectifying the circuit.
