SCNA10FF is a high-speed, high-efficiency diode rectifier array. It is a PowerMITE package specifically designed to rectify and convert alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC). As a result, a direct current (DC) output is obtained at the output terminals of the diode array.The SCNA10FF also features an over-current protection and output auto-reset circuit which protects against any short-circuits, over-currents and inrush currents. The output auto-reset function ensures the output voltage remains safe and stable throughout the load cycling process.
