The SCY99205AMX105TCG is an adjustable linear regulator IC that can regulate output in the range between 1.25V to 1.95V. It is designed for controlled operation in power supplies and hot-swapping applications. The integrated over current protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal protection ensure safe operation in critical power-related applications. It features a low Quiescent Current (QC) of 10uA, low operating and starting voltages, and a low temperature coefficient of 1mV/°C.
This linear regulator is ideal to be used in applications like microprocessors, ASICs, communication and instrumentation systems, PCs, and low dropout regulator (LDO) applications. It also has a wide range of output current up to 2.5A, with a guaranteed voltage accuracy of ±1% over a wide temperature range of -40 to 125°C.
