The SDT06S60 is a single-channel ultra-fast recovery diode (UFRD) that is part of the Vishay Siliconix family of discrete semiconductors. It is designed to meet the high-frequency needs of switching power supplies, voltage multipliers, and other high-frequency power conversion applications that involve the conversion of energy from one form to another.
