The SDT20A120CTFP is an array type of diode rectifier that is especially meant for switching power supplies. It is a high power (200A) diode array suitable for use in high frequency switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, rectifiers, adapters, telecommunications and computer power supplies, isolated DC-DC converters, step-down converters, polarity converters, and other power electronic circuits. The device is designed to provide safe and reliable operation without fail under all sorts of conditions as it features a soft-recovery rectifier built-in for added surge protection, low reverse current and low capacitance for high frequency operation.
