SDURF3020CT is a rectifier diode array designed primarily for input filter circuits in high efficiency switch mode power supplies. These components provide a secure, compact and heat-resistant power supply solution. The device features an optimized, integrated rectifier array comprising of two distinct rectiger chips. Each chip contains five (5) internal Schottky diodes with a reverse voltage rating of 30 V and a low forward voltage drop of 0.2V typical. This diode array is capable of delivering high surge current of up to 20 amps and high junction temperatures of up to 150°C. Additionally, the device includes an additional resistor for minimization of filter inductance, providing further protection against filter inductance losses.
