The SE2602T-R RF front end is an integrated design for wireless communication applications.

The device is comprised of a low noise amplifier (LNA), a power amplifier (PA) and a resistive switch. The LNA provides five gain stages with a single-ended input impedance of 50Ω, and a power gain in the range of 55.5dB. The PA provides two power gains, using a two-stage push-pull configuration, for a total of 20dB or 30dB, depending on the application. The resistive switch allows the circuit to be connected to a 50Ω resistive load, or to an amplifier.

The SE2602T-R circuit is capable of operating at frequencies from 540MHz to 860MHz. It features a low noise figure of 4.0dB, high linearity (EVM<4%), and low power consumption (890mW). The PA is configured to operate in a constant power mode, to provide a highly linear operation over the entire frequency range.
