With its variable gain feature and gain control voltage range of 0 to 13 VDC, the SGA-1263 can be linearized with ease over a wide frequency range.

The SGA-1263 amplifier’s power supply noise is typically below -50 dB. Its low-noise architecture maintains an RF noise figure below 10 dB throughout a wide range of frequencies, allowing it to be used as a preamplifier in applications requiring noise reduction or to achieve lower noise performance.

The SGA-1263 operates in a wide range of operating temperatures, from -55°C to +125°C, depending on the operating environment and application requirements. It also features a low input power of -30 dBm for improved noise performance in sensitive applications. Its large power supply rejection ratio of 28 dB allows it to resist power supply noise and other power supply-induced distortions.

The SGA-1263 is equipped with a wideband input filter to reject out-of-band signals and improve performance.
