SGA-4363

The SGA-4363 amplifier is a high-performance, broadband, low-noise, radio frequency (RF) amplifier that can be used in a wide range of applications. It is designed for use in both analog and digital RF communication systems, providing wideband coverage from 0.100 MHz to 3GHz, with a low noise figure of 3dB (NF) over the full frequency range. The SGA-4363 provides excellent linearity, with an intermodulation distortion (IMD) performance of -53dBc (2x20+5 dBm). It has an adjustable gain of 27 dB and adjustable output power of up to +20 dBm.

The SGA-4363 amplifier is highly efficient, using a new type of gallium nitride (GaN) based heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT).
