SI53106-A01AGM is a highly-integrated oscillator device designed for specialized Clock/Timing applications in the market. The device integrates differential LVDS output oscillator, PLL (phase-locked-loop), clock distribution buffers and optional onboard MEMS resonator together to achieve a compact size and higher performance features.

As a Clock/Timing device, SI53106-A01AGM provides output frequency up to 1000MHz and reaches an extremely low jitter of 0.2ps-rms over the operating temperature range -40°C to +100°C. It uses in-built digital calibration to adjust frequency and jitter performance over frequency, voltage and temperature.
