The SI5323-B-GM is a highly integrated Clock Generator and Distribution IC. It offers the best combination of low clock jitter, low phase noise, high Q external crystal performance and low power consumption in clock synthesizer solutions. The device integrates both high performance crystal oscillator and non-volatile memory (NVM). The combination of the crystal oscillator and NVM enables a great future flexibility and cost savings to the end product when dealing with multiple frequencies and different options on a single IC.

The SI5323-B-GM has a wide application field and can be used in many markets such as enterprise, cloud, optical networking, automotive, industrial, consumer, and medical. It can also be used in the storage, network communication, and video streaming applications. In addition, the device features a low phase noise, small footprint and low power consumption. It is suitable for applications that require low-jitter, phase noise, and power efficiency.

The SI5323-B-GM works by combining a crystal oscillator and a Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) to allow for flexibility in output frequencies and options. The device has a power supply of 1.8V/3.3V, a frequency range up to 576kHz and an integrated low-power APLL. The integrated APLL allows the devices to achieve ultra-low jitter performance and minimal phase noise.

The device also supports up to seven programmable outputs, which allows for simultaneous generation of multiple frequencies and options. This eliminates the need of extra component and simplifies the board design.
