The SI5327C-C-GM is an integrated, self-contained clock generator chip from Silicon Laboratories. It uses a digital frequency synthesizer and delivers a clean clock signal with very low phase noise, jitter, and additive phase jitter over a wide range of frequencies. This makes the SI5327C-C-GM the ideal device for applications in sensitive industrial and consumer electronics, aerospace, military and medical applications, where high performance timing clocks are required.
The SI5327C-C-GM is designed to be used as a clock generator or as part of a larger clock tree. It can be used to generate extremely low additive jitter clocks with very low phase noise, and it can act as a fan-out buffer in applications like clock distribution and clock distribution from multiple sources. The SI5327C-C-GM has been designed to be able to generate frequencies of up to 200 MHz, with very low additive jitter. It can also be used to generate and/or fan-out audio and video clocks, as well as mixed-signal clocks.
