The Si5334A-B09052-GMR also offers a wide frequency range from 10MHz to 400MHz, selectable in 1 kHz resolution. At the core of the Si5334A-B09052-GMR is a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) that is temperature-compensated using a temperature-sensing crystal and a temperature-sensitive circuit. This temperature compensation enables the oscillator to provide highly accurate frequency accuracy and stability across a wide temperature range.The oscillator is controlled by a proprietary Symmetry oscillator circuit that provides a highly accurate and low-noise signal with a low jitter signal (< 600fs rms). The oscillator is powered by a 3.3V analog power supply and has a power consumption of 70 mW. The oscillator is further enhanced by the inclusion of a pin-programmed frequency adjustment feature.
