SI5335D-B02162-GMR

The SI5335D-B02162-GMR is a programmable, clock generator designed for communication and industrial automation applications. It is capable of generating up to eight differential output clocks, and providing frequency shift keying (FSK) modulation for frequency hopping or jitter reduction.

The SI5335D-B02162-GMR is ideal for switching power supply applications requiring up to 8 output clocks with low noise, high frequency stability and performance. It is also ideal for low-power computing, instrumentation and automotive applications requiring multiple low frequency output clock signals.

The SI5335D-B02162-GMR supports spread spectrum frequency hopping as a clocking technique that randomizes the sequence of generated output clock frequencies. Additionally, the device can be programmed to provide Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) output signals.

The SI5335D-B02162-GMR provides a low-power voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) and a 3-channel frequency divider that can be programmed with over 392 user-selectable divider values. Additionally, the device features on-chip pullable ground-referenced band-gap references, fast lock times and advanced jitter attenuation techniques, including FSK modulation.

To work, the device requires an input voltage ranging from 2.25V to 3.6V and features an integrated FSK modulation and programmable low-power voltage-controlled oscillator, providing up to 392 user-selectable dividers, with a maximum output frequency of 1.2GHz. The device supports a wide range of output frequencies, from 10MHz to 1000MHz, with an accuracy of ±100ppm. The output skew between the output clocks is typically less than 100ps.
