The SI5335D-B02457-GMR is a silicon frequency synthesizer IC from Silicon Labs with a wide range of applications. It is designed to work with the popular crystal oscillator designs like fundamental, 3rd overtone, TCXO and VCXO, providing low-jitter clock output of up to 200Mhz. The device has 14 internal data memory banks and 9 MUX channels to support multiple digital PLL applications.
The SI5335D-B02457-GMR is a versatile, high-density device with a wide temperature range (-40 to 85 degrees Celsius) and supports 16 high-accuracy frequency references.
