The SI5347-D-EVB is an evaluation board for the Si5347 clock generator that offers complete design flexibility on one compact board. The evaluation board is designed for use with the Si5345 C133 frequency synthesizer and also supports the Si5346 C072/C333 frequency synthesizer. It has an on-board voltage regulator and regulator enable switches. Its high-performance no-load outputs make it suitable for use in data communication applications, such as Ethernet, Fibre-Channel, and Sonet.

The SI5347-D-EVB features an on-board LC filter, crystal oscillator, and voltage regulator. The clock outputs are all LVPECL, which allows for low-noise and low-jitter performance. The board also has a Clock Utility Board (CUB) which provides monitoring and programming of the frequencies of the Si5347 device. The board also features an oscilloscope options, which allows for signal evaluation using an accompanying set of Tektronix probes.

The SI5347-D-EVB supports multiple features such as prescaler and postdivider cascadability, PLL configuration, multiple frequency domain features, and Jitter Attenuator and Multifactor Jitter options.
