The SI5351A-B05513-GTR can generate up to four independent output frequencies, with phase shift and phase noise controllable via an I2C interface.

The SI5351A-B05513-GTR also features output frequency multiplication, which allows it to generate frequencies up to 500MHz. It also supports up to four differential outputs, with a maximum output current of 18mA per output. The device is housed in a 13mm x 20mm QFN package, with a maximum power consumption of 160mA.
