Silicon Labs SI5392J-A-GM silicon device is a high-performance Clock/Timing unit featuring an integrated highly programmable, programmable digital phase-locked loop (PLL), frequency synthesizer (Frequency Synthesizer), and oscillator. It is designed for applications ranging from low power, high performance wireless communication systems, to clock- and timing-critical applications such as network processors and switches. It is excellent for low jitter and low power systems.

The SI5392J-A-GM is based on a fast, low power, and inherently flexible PLL architecture along with a comprehensive range of features such as programmable reference clock output frequencies, phase noise pre-compensation, MHz fractional-N and integer-N frequency synthesis on general-purpose inputs, and full spread spectrum modulation. It also offers a wide range of output logic types and clock sources, as well as integrated memory control devices to reduce costs and optimize integration.

The SI5392J-A-GM provides a wide range of output frequencies, ranging from 0.25 to 1.8 GHz. It also offers several other features such as programmable output signal formats, spread spectrum modulation capabilities, and the ability to pre-compensate for signal integrity issues.
