Working Principle

The SID1102K-TL works through the combination of an integrated circuit (IC) and a power switch. A pulse is sent to the IC which in turn drives the power switch. The pulse passed through the IC amplifies and adjusts the input current passing through the power switch. Thus, the output is a surprise-free, more reliable and more protected regulation of the power switch.
