The SID1112K is a family of high speed, optically isolated, high power isolated gate drivers used to drive power semiconductors such as IGBTs and MOSFETs. It is designed to provide an isolation barrier between the power stages of an electronic circuit and the logic and control signals used to trigger and control them.
