Application Field of SK13-LTP

Working Principle of SK13-LTP

SK13-LTP uses PN Junction diode as the core and a metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor as the control element. When a steady current flows through the metal metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor, it will generate a positive voltage potential barrier at the PN junction and no current passed. When the current rises, the voltage potential barrier of the PN junction will collapse and effect the conduction of the current. Thus the device can act a protective role to the device during voltage conversion.

In applications such as linear fuses and amplitude modulation circuits, the device can play a role in current amplification, current limiting and current suppression.
