The SK82C M6G can handle a surge current up to 4A, has a junction temperature range of -55 degrees Celsius and +150 degrees Celsius, and can be used in temperatures ranging from -30 degrees Celsius to 150 degrees Celsius. It also has a maximum capacitance of 0.25pF when operated in the forward breakdown mode. The SK82C M6G is also capable of withstanding power dissipation of up to 1W and has a reverse recovery time of 2µs.
