Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) arrays are a family of multiple NPN and PNP transistors formed in one part, usually a monolithic or integrated circuit. SLA4031 is a member of this family produced by Semitec Corp. This part is widely used in low-frequency, high voltage switching, high current driver and power management applications thanks to its excellent thermal stability, low saturation voltage, high peak current and high efficiency.

SLA4031 features two 4-pin transistor arrays composed of two NPN (for standard logic) and two PNP transistors.
