SLA 6024 is a type of Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) array, which integrates 24 discrete transistors into a single package. This allows for a wide range of controlled current. In Anode Cut-off mode, the base current is very low, and the collector-emitter voltage is at its maximum. This causes only a small amount of current to flow, while maintaining a high degree of control over the output current.
