Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVSs) are used in in many applications to provide protection from transient voltage spikes. The SM2S10AHE3/5AT is a bidirectional uni-and bi-directional TVS Diodes and is designed to protect sensitive electronic devices from voltage transients caused by lightning and other transient voltage events. This TVS diode is designed to protect from destructive ESD, EFT, and lightning-induced surge events.
The terminal of the SM2S10AHE3/5AT is equipped with solder balls on one side and electrodes on the other side, so it can fit in a wide variety of applications.
