SMAJ20A-TR is a bi-directional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode for ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection. It comprises a pair of Zener diodes configured in opposite direction to suppress both Positive and Negative transients.

The protection level of SMAJ20A-TR is ±20kV for contact discharge according to IEC 61000-4-2. This device is ideal for protecting components and circuitry against ESD voltage spikes up to ±20kV. The device is rated at a working voltage of 20V and a peak pulse current of 200Amp.

The SMAJ20A-TR is available in a SMA (DO-214AA) package and provides bidirectional protection with no external components. Designed for surface-mount applications, this device is constructed for rough handling and offers excellent board-level reliability.
