TVS - Diodes

A TVS or transient voltage suppression diode is a type of diode which is specially designed to prevent short circuits or overvoltages from travelling through electric circuits and causing dangerous conditions. The SMPC64AN-M3/H is a specific type of TVS diode that is designed to provide a high level of protection against transients and ESD.
