Each buffer/driver has two sets of active-low outputs namely ~0, ~1, ~A, ~B and ~EN, ~FB respectively. The user should select the enable for which the latches output is enabled, then the active-low enable ~EN or ~FB needs to be applied.When the active-low enable ~EN or ~FB is used, the internal latch in the buffer is enabled, and the latched output state is enabled by the active-low output enable ~0 or ~1. When the active-low outputs enable is applied, the outputs will reflect the data present at the inputs, and the output will remain latched until the active-low output enable is deactivated. This effectively eliminates the need for separate service logic during low-voltage operation.
