The SN74AVC4T245PWG4 is a quadruple bi-directional transceiver logic device with integrated bus hold circuit with +3.3V Vcc single power supply. It is a member of the Texas Instruments’ AVC family of Logic Translators, Level Shifters and Voltage Level Translators. The SN74AVC4T245PWG4 is designed to provide logic-level translation between high speed 2.5V VccA and +3.3V VccB TTL logic family devices.

The SN74AVC4T245PWG4 device is well-suited for applications where there is a need to interface two different voltage-level logic families such as 3.3V and 5V. An on-chip bus-hold circuit provides data input signal hold support for the bidirectional channels with the hold device featuring an independent enable pin.
